Prestige Medical Care membership is not medical insurance.
Our members receive unlimited access to high quality primary and urgent healthcare. However, Prestige Medical Care membership only covers the services offered on site at our clinic.
Therefore, we recommend that our members also carry some form of health insurance policy to cover events such as major surgery, hospitalization, or a serious illness.
For many, the combination of a high-deductible healthcare insurance plan and a Prestige Medical Care membership represents the most cost-effective solution.
A Prestige Medical Care only membership is available to those who qualify who wish to use. insurance for primary care services at outside facilities for $50 per month. There is an onboarding and waiting period of 5 days after enrollment.
Monthly Prestige Medical Care members can cancel their Prestige Medical Care membership at any time. However, you must submit a written Cancellation Notice. Complete the notice, fax or mail it to us, or drop it off at our clinic. Your membership will be cancelled on the last day of your monthly payment cycle, but we must receive your written cancellation notice at least five days before the end of your due date for the next payment cycle. Otherwise, you will be billed for the next month of membership.
Prepaid Prestige Medical Care memberships are non-refundable. They cancel automatically at the end each prepaid period. Members are notified 30 and 15 days before their membership expires. They may renew their membership on a prepaid basis or convert to a monthly membership.
